The new Everest Pipe Carriers have been designed to allow our customers to accelerate their production on projects requiring the transportation and placement of precast concrete pipes, steel pipes and various other types of tunnel liners.

QUICK TURNAROUND TIME

 

The carriers incorporate an innovative hydraulic system that allows the user to drive the loaded vehicle over long distances in the tunnel and through tight curves.

 

The carrier’s arms can then be controlled by the operator to easily align the liners with the previously set pieces allowing for a quick turnaround time.

CUSTOM DESIGNED TO FIT YOUR PROJECT NEEDS

 

Drive and arm controls are built into both ends of the system so the operator needs only to get into the opposite end of the carrier to drive back out to get new liner sections.

 

Everest Pipe Carriers can be custom designed to fit your project needs regardless of tunnel diameter, tunnel conditions and size of liner.
