Everest Equipment Co. is looking for their future colleague to join the team
manufacturing snow removal equipment and metal forms (e.g.: vehicular, sanitary and hydroelectric tunnels, etc.). Our future colleague will have to, among other things:

Adopt safe work practices
Use welding equipment and apply welding processes (GMAW, FCAW, etc.)
Review plans to ensure that drawings, details and requirements are executable in the environment intended for their use
Read and interpret drawings or details and requirements for the welding process
Perform technical inspections to ensure quality welding
Monitor the use of parts and equipment and report any technical problems
Ensure completion and accuracy of assigned tasks and projects
Perform other related duties to the position

To succeed, the colleague must have:

Comply with health and safety rules and company procedures
Hold a diploma of professional studies in welding and have the CWB
certifications:
- MCAW/FCAW and GMAW Flat to weld custom forms
- MCAW/FCAW, GMAW Flat and Vertical down
- GMAW SS as required to weld On-Highway equipment
Detail-oriented, organized, efficient in tasks, team oriented and collaborative
Certification as forklift operator and overhead crane operator is an asset
